Our kids have made us so proud this week. Bekah has memorized her first scripture - I Peter 5:7. We love hearing her quote the bible. I didn't think I would be so emotional, but it is beautiful. Joel is rolling from his stomach to his back like a pro. Tummy time with him is very limited because he immediately rolls over. He is eating more and sleeping longer at night! I don't want to sound like one of those bloggers who likes to pretend everything is perfect. I don't know how single moms do it. I have so much respect for them. Two kids are not easy. We are learning to be okay with being tired all the time. |

Joel is now two months old. At his doctor's appointment he weighed in at 10 pounds 10 ounces. He is 22 and 3/4 inches tall. His weight is a little on the small side so we are supposed to up his feedings. So far he is enjoying the extra meals! We have had a few very busy weeks. Gram and Papa Ken came for a visit and Rebekah had a great time. We have had a couple of playdates, a princess party at the library, a fun day at the gymnastics center and a visit from Seth and Katya. We are looking forward to a trip to Jacksonville the first week of April and can't wait to see all our friends and family. Before that, though, I am excited about my girl's weekend with Allison, Elizabeth and Ashlyn! Joel is invited, too! |
