We officially have our first family pet! On Thursday we took a trip to the pet store and Bekah picked out a blue and red Beta fish. She named it RTD2. That is not a typo. His name is not R2D2, it is RTD2. Can you see her Father's influence on her? So far Bekah is loving caring for her precious pet. This only consists of feeding him in the morning and evening, but it is a start. She loves watching him swim and exclaimed, "RTD2 is very kind!" As Bekah seems to already love him let's hope he lives a long life for a fish. I guess we do know where there are dozens of other blue and red Beta fish for $1.99. |

In honor of my dear sister and father I have added some new photos. To the few constant readers we apologize. I am starting anew and will vow to update this website at least once a week. We have had a busy and great summer. Since our last update we spent a week at Lake Aurora Christian Service Camp. It was so nice and we especially enjoyed getting to catch up with a lot of friends from our earlier years.[more] |
